Pocztex campaignPoczta Polska is promoting Pocztex – Pickup Point across digital channels. The latest Valentine's Day campaign, "We Deliver with Love," has just launched. Its main goal is to attract new customers for Poczta Polska's flagship courier service, which operates through the country's largest network of 17,000 parcel pickup points. The campaign is another element of communication efforts related to Pocztex, which have been ongoing since September of last year. It began on February 7th and will conclude on Valentine's Day.

The campaign, under the slogan "We deliver with love," has a friendly, emotional feel, referencing St. Valentine's Day, one of the most popular holidays in the calendar. The banners feature a specially designed logo: PACZKOVE, adding a warm, personal touch.

The advertising message focuses primarily on the ability to choose a convenient method for receiving e-commerce parcels within the country's largest network of 17,000 parcel collection points, operated by Poczta Polska. The ad encourages customers to use the service while building a friendly atmosphere closely aligned with brand promotion.

The campaign aims to reach online shoppers and online retailers. Banners will be displayed on the most popular websites. Display and video ads on social media are also planned.

The Valentine's Day campaign is a continuation of the multi-channel marketing strategy that Poczta Polska adopted in 2021 to strengthen its position in the CEP services market (courier, parcel, and postal shipments) and the logistics market for e-commerce customers. The culmination of these strategic assumptions was the introduction of key changes to the Pocztex courier service. The new Pocztex has undergone a fundamental transformation, simplifying its offering, selecting delivery channels, and introducing new delivery standards.

The offer update was preceded by changes to the brand's visual identity – a logo refresh and rebranding of courier uniforms and equipment. One of the main goals of these activities, as part of the chosen marketing strategy, is to strengthen the Pocztex brand image – changing its perception, rejuvenating it, presenting a modern, friendly brand that inspires trust among customers, and offering the highest standard of service.

Since September 2021, Poczta Polska has conducted two campaigns promoting the new version of the Pocztex courier service: "Open up to Pocztex" and "Choose, collect!"
