The mail coach is back on the Main Square in Krakow
Krakow residents and numerous tourists have become accustomed to the sight of the postal coach on the Main Square. For many years, it has been a symbol of the Polish Post Office, where it began operations in 1558.
The Stagecoach is located opposite the Grey Tenement House, near St. Adalbert's Church and St. Mary's Basilica. This location attracts not only Krakow residents but also throngs of tourists. At this unique post office, you can buy postcards, stamps, and commemorative magnets, and post letters, among other things.
- "The Stagecoach is a very important landmark on the map of Krakow. The range of goods offered is extensive and tailored primarily to the needs of tourists," emphasizes Mirosław Mętel, Regional Director of the Polish Post Network in Krakow.
This year the stagecoach will operate until September 29.
