e-Polecony is a digital service provided by Poczta Polska (Polish Post), part of the e-Delivery system. It is a modern solution for businesses, including sole proprietorships. e-Polecony enables fast, secure, environmentally friendly, and cost-competitive exchange of correspondence between companies, associations, and individuals.
By sending e-Polecony, we eliminate the need to physically send or collect parcels at post offices and the need to notify them.

How to start using e-Referral?
To use the e-Polecony , an entrepreneur must have an electronic delivery address (ADE) . Registration is done via the biznes.gov.pl .
Once the mailbox is set up, the user gains access to both e-Delivery and e-Registered services. The mailing process is simple and intuitive, and all correspondence is handled electronically.

What is the difference between e-Delivery and e-Polecony
e-Delivery is used for communication with public institutions, such as government offices and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). As of January 1, 2025, use of this service is mandatory for public institutions and professions of public trust, and as of April 1, 2025, for companies registered in the National Court Register. The service is free of charge and provides legal confirmation of document dispatch and receipt.
e-Polecony on the other hand, enables the exchange of correspondence between companies, entrepreneurs, associations, and individuals. This is a voluntary service, and the cost of one e-Registered Mail is PLN 1.79 net .
