You can confirm eForms using your trusted profile

banner_pz_300x300As of August 18, 2020, customers can register online to use selected Poczta Polska services, and their identity can be confirmed using a trusted profile. This allows customers to use Poczta Polska services faster and more conveniently, without leaving home.

Poczta Polska offers the following eForms services: eINFO: notification, registered mailbox, forwarding, delivery on request, and storage. Customers can use all of these services by submitting a request or order at a post office or online. Some of these services require identity verification, so when submitting a request online, Poczta Polska has provided the option to confirm the customer's identity with a trusted profile.

Now, ordering selected Poczta Polska services takes just as long as filling out a short online form available at https://eformularze.poczta-polska.pl/ . Simply select the service you want on the website, log in to your trusted profile, and complete the service request form. Poczta Polska will send the customer a confirmation of the service request to the email address provided in the form.

eINFO:awizo is a service that allows you to receive information about a shipment waiting at a post office. By using this service, customers will be informed about their shipment's notification regardless of time and location. All you need is a phone or internet access, as notification information is sent via text message or email, depending on the channel chosen by the customer. Poczta Polska provides this service free of charge from the day following the order's acceptance until its cancellation. For documents related to criminal, civil, court-administrative, tax, and administrative proceedings, as well as documents concerning violations of public finance discipline, customers will receive a paper notification.

Registered Mail to Mailbox service involves depositing registered mail into the recipient's mailbox. Additionally, we can inform customers that the addressed registered mail has been delivered. Simply provide your phone number or email address when submitting the request. Poczta Polska provides this service free of charge from the day following the order's acceptance until it is canceled. This request does not apply to registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or items whose shape or size prevents them from being placed in a mailbox.

Reshipping is an ideal solution for those who are changing their place of residence or stay and want their parcels delivered to a new address. With the Reshipping service, parcels addressed to the customer at their old address will be sent to the new address specified in the form. Service completion times depend on the type of shipment, e.g., economy letter, priority letter, economy parcel, or priority parcel. The delivery fee depends on the type of shipment, and submitting an online request is free. A submitted request is processed for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. It is possible to extend the service period, but the period specified in each subsequent request cannot exceed 12 months. The service does not include:

  • letters in criminal, civil, court-administrative, tax and administrative proceedings, as well as letters in cases concerning violation of public finance discipline,
  • shipments containing bees and chicks of domestic birds, samples of milk,
  • PACZEK24, PACZEK48, Paczek+, Pocztex.

Delivery on request is a service that allows customers to request redelivery of a registered parcel that has been notified. You can choose delivery to the original address within a selected time frame, during the opening hours of the location delivering the redelivery. The cost is only 4.50 PLN. Thanks to our parcel storage , customers' correspondence can safely wait for collection at a post office. We can store it for up to four weeks after the first delivery attempt. This service is dedicated to notified unregistered mail (e.g., standard letters that don't fit in the mailbox) and registered mail (e.g., registered letters, parcels), excluding:

  • postal items sent under special rules, e.g. the Code of Administrative Procedure, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Tax Ordinance,
  • Pocztex, Paczki+, PACZKI24, PACZKI48,
  • packages containing bees and domestic bird chicks as well as milk samples.

Requests for parcel storage can be submitted electronically or in paper form. There is no fee for submitting a request via the electronic form. A one-time fee of PLN 6.00 . The fee for parcel storage depends on the period of storage and is charged each time the stored parcel is collected, according to the prices listed in the price list .
