Hours for seniors at post offices
Out of concern for our customers, their safety, health and life, Poczta Polska is introducing changes regarding the service of customers over 65 years of age.
From Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., all post offices will only serve customers aged 65 and over. This new policy is in line with government recommendations aimed at reducing the likelihood of the virus spreading.
