Sports stars join the Polish Post Virtual Run

Outstanding representatives of the world of sports, world record holders and Olympic medalists, individuals who have reached the pinnacle of the world and Europe in their respective disciplines. Their talent and hard work have earned them popularity for years. Now they use this recognition to set an example of how to help others and promote a worthy cause. We present the next ambassador of the Polish Post Virtual Run – Sofia Ennaoui.

The Polish Post Virtual Run kicked off last weekend, and our campaign is already making waves across Poland. The campaign quickly spread online, spreading like wildfire on Facebook and Instagram. In recent days, posts with the hashtag #biegpocztypolskiej have been shared several thousand times on these channels. The starting list for the weekend already had over 1,200 people. Of course, this isn't the end; more runners are joining the campaign. It's no secret that much of this is thanks to celebrities who use their reach and popularity to promote a good cause. One of them is Sofia Ennaoui, who joined the campaign and recorded a special video encouraging others to participate. Sofia Ennaoui is a Polish athlete specializing in middle- and long-distance running. Finalist of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in the 1,500 meters race and runner-up of the 2018 European Championships in the same distance.

"Large initiatives like the Polish Post Virtual Run bring many people together for a good cause. Being able to help someone is incredibly satisfying, especially when it comes to children ," says Sofia Ennaoui.

The competition began on October 10 and will run until October 18, 2020. However, registration is not closed. Runners who want to test their skills at any of the three distances or take on the challenge of running the entire triad and earning a commemorative medal can register until the last day of the event.
