1190-670-1As the holiday season draws to a close this year, customers visiting post offices are eagerly taking advantage of the Company's sales offerings. Sales of games and toys also increased by 40%, and books by 21%.

Providing customers with broad access to postal, banking, and insurance services is one of the company's priorities. Poczta Polska, the largest network in the country, encompassing over 7,500 branches, reaches a wide audience with its constantly expanding offerings. Customers can browse a wide range of products during their visits to the office. Books and press releases, educational materials and stationery, special occasion gifts, cosmetics, and teas continue to be popular with post office visitors, as evidenced by the positive sales dynamics year-over-year.

Analyzing current consumer needs, the company also introduced seasonal products aimed at students starting the new school year in September. Writing supplies are particularly popular among customers in this sales segment. Sales of pens increased by nearly 10% compared to the same period last year. Poczta Polska is also expanding its range of publications, which is met with positive feedback from post office visitors. In June of this year, health guides and cookbooks were top sellers among the adult offerings. Coloring books and coloring books for children continue to enjoy unwavering popularity, ranking among the TOP 10 publications offered at Poczta Polska branches.

The company has prepared a special summer offer for customers visiting resorts and attractive tourist destinations. Post office guests can purchase souvenirs such as magnets and postcards at post offices. Total sales of these products in the last two months reached an impressive 335,000 pieces.

The company, through constant analysis of consumer needs and modification of the available offer, which translates into increasingly better sales results, plans to improve the profitability of its branches – thus implementing the strategic assumptions set for 2021–2023.
