In accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/178 of 31 January 2020 on the provision of information to passengers arriving from third countries and customers of postal services and certain professional operators on prohibitions on the introduction into the territory of the Union of plants, plant products and other objects in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Poczta Polska provides its customers with information on the prohibitions on the introduction into the territory of the Union of plants, plant products and other objects in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council without a phytosanitary certificate .
