Information on the completion of the qualification procedure for members of the Management Board of the 5th joint term
The Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA, deciding on the qualification procedure for the President and four Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of the Company, announced on 7 March 2024, decided to terminate the qualification procedure for the positions of:
• Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 5th joint term of office for operations and logistics,
• Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 5th joint term of office for finance,
• Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 5th joint term of office for sales,
without selecting candidates.
We would like to remind you that on March 25 this year, as part of the same proceedings, the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA decided to:
• appoint Mr. Sebastian Mikosz to the position of President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office;
• appoint Mr. Dariusz Śpiewak to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office for digitization.
In addition to those mentioned above, the positions of Vice Presidents are currently held by Mr. Andrzej Bodziony and Mr. Wojciech Krysztofik.
