Information about changes in the Management Board of the Polish Post
On March 25 this year, as part of the qualification procedure for the positions of the President and four Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office, the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA decided to:
- appointment of Mr. Sebastian Mikosz to the position of President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office;
- appointment of Mr. Dariusz Śpiewak to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office for digitization.
Mr. Sebastian Mikosz, as a delegated member of the Supervisory Board, has been acting as President of the Company's Management Board since February 15 this year. Due to his election to the position of President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office, he ceased to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board as of March 25 this year.
We would like to remind you that the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA also includes:
- Andrzej Bodziony as Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA (elected in elections to represent Poczta Polska SA employees in the Company’s Management Board);
- Wojciech Krysztofik as Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office for infrastructure.
Information on the appointment of the CEO and Member of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA
On March 25 of this year, the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA appointed:
- Mr. Sebastian Mikosz as the CEO of Poczta Polska SA;
- Mr. Dariusz Śpiewak as the Member of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for digitalization.
Mr. Sebastian Mikosz has been acting as the CEO of Poczta Polska since February 15 2024. Due to the results of the qualification procedure, as of 25 March 2024 he no longer is a Member of the Supervisory Board.
