Information about changes in the Management Board of the Polish Post
On August 12 this year, as part of the qualification procedure for the positions of four Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office, the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA decided to:
• appointment of Mr. Wiesław Strąk to the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office for finance,
• appointment of Mr. Sławomir Żurawski to the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office for operations and logistics,
• appointment of Mr. Piotr Szajczyk to the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office for sales,
• appointment of Ms. Joanna Drozd to the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for human resources for the 5th joint term of office.
At the same time, by decision of the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska, Wojciech Krysztofik was dismissed from his position as Vice President and Andrzej Bodziony was suspended from his duties.
