There are already over 16,000 Poczta Polska parcel collection points. Every fifth parcel is collected at partner postal points.

16000Poczta Polska's "Pick-up Point" network includes over 16,000 locations and this number is constantly growing. Customers now collect every fifth parcel from partner postal locations and its ever-expanding network of self-service parcel machines. The company forecasts that next year, the share of parcels collected at points and machines will increase to 30%.

Increasing Poczta Polska's share in the CEP market (courier, express, and parcel shipments) is one of the key strategic objectives chosen by the Company for 2021–2023. In response to market needs resulting from the constantly growing share of e-commerce in the domestic shopping market, Poczta Polska plans to expand its network of collection points to 20,000 by the end of 2022.

By acquiring new business partners and expanding cooperation with existing ones, Poczta Polska now has the largest network of over 16,000 collection points in the country, a number that is constantly growing. The 30% year-on-year growth in the number of collection points is the company's response to customer expectations and requirements, ensuring maximum convenience and flexibility when choosing where to collect their parcels.

" We have the largest click & collect network in the country, which we are consistently expanding. Currently, together with our partners, we provide our customers with over 16,000 locations where they can conveniently pick up and drop off parcels, in convenient locations not only in large cities and metropolitan areas, but also in smaller towns. At the same time, we are working intensively on logistics solutions, including a new version of the Pocztex service, which will allow us to deliver parcels even more efficiently to both partner locations and our own automated delivery network, " says Andrzej Bodziony, Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA

The growing e-commerce market is fostering the development of its collection point network. Poczta Polska operates flexibly, constantly analyzing and researching customer preferences, and responding to their needs. Competitors' activities are also a positive motivator for the network's intensive development. In the first half of this year, over 20% of Poczta Polska customers' online purchases were collected at collection points. Postal workers predict that next year, the share of parcels collected at collection points and automated parcel machines will increase to 30%. It's worth noting that 35% of the entire collection point network is located in small towns with populations under 20,000 (approximately 17%) and in rural areas (approximately 18%).

Currently, in addition to adding new partner locations, the company is working intensively to expand its network of proprietary, external parcel machines for collecting and sending parcels. By the end of 2022, Poczta Polska plans to have 2,000 such machines available to customers.
