Customers can use e-Boxes again
Poczta Polska has reintroduced the possibility of receiving registered mail electronically without the need for direct service at the place of residence or at a post office.
Poczta Polska will process incoming registered mail into an electronic document and make the envelope and contents of the mail available in the User's e-mail account, set up using a trusted profile. Customers can register three different mailing addresses as part of this service. Additionally, each shipment will be sent to the specified address one month after it is made available.
The service supports registered mail containing correspondence, excluding mail sent by courts and tribunals, prosecutors' offices and court bailiffs, as well as mail sent by law enforcement agencies, which will mark their mail with the inscription "Not subject to digitization".
To use the service, you must have a trusted profile. It's worth noting that Poczta Polska processes correspondence into electronic documents only upon individual request. Those interested in setting up an e-mail account can do so here .
The option to receive registered parcels electronically will be available until September 30, 2021. Detailed information about the service is available in the regulations .
