What can you do if you have a notified shipment or postal order?
If you have a parcel notification, you can use our parcel storage service. We store parcels at our facility for a maximum of 14 days, counting from the day following the collection deadline. This service is dedicated to notified unregistered parcels (e.g., standard letters that don't fit in the mailbox) and registered parcels (e.g., registered letters, parcels), excluding:
- postal items sent under special rules, e.g. the Code of Administrative Procedure, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Tax Ordinance,
- Pocztex, Paczki+, PACZKI24, PACZKI48,
- packages containing bees and domestic bird chicks as well as milk samples.
Additionally, we also enable recipients of transfers to submit an instruction to request the storage of a postal order for 7 business days, which, together with the basic collection time, gives up to 21 business days to collect the transfer.

How to pay a fine without leaving home?
To pay a fine, simply visit poczta-polska.zaplacmandat.pl and enter the amount, fine series and number, and your personal information. That's it. The remaining fields, such as the account number and recipient, will be completed automatically. This ensures no errors and that the funds will reach the appropriate tax office on time. After completing the transaction, you will receive a payment confirmation email to the address provided in the form.
How to deliver cash to someone at any address in Poland?
A postal order or Money Express is a simple and convenient way to quickly send money to any address in Poland. It's perfect for emergencies – whenever you need to send someone urgent funds. It's not a transfer to an account or card, but cash in hand.

If you use the "Now" Money Express service and provide the recipient's phone number, Poczta Polska will inform the recipient of the identifier required to withdraw the Money Express at any post office. Otherwise, the sender is responsible for informing the recipient of the Money Express identifier required for withdrawal.
How to settle your TV subscription without leaving home?
Owners of radio and television receivers are required to pay their RTV license fee by the 25th of the month. Payments can be made in advance for the entire year or for selected months.
