Krakow Main Post Office in a new version

up_krakow_1_1Modern design, attractive location, adaptation to the needs of people with mobility disabilities – these are just some of the advantages of the modernized UP Kraków 1 facility.

Providing customers with broad access to postal, banking, and insurance services is one of the postal operator's priorities. Despite the pandemic, Poczta Polska is consistently expanding and modernizing its branch network. The company is improving the user experience by opening a modernized post office at Kraków 1. The office remains in the same building but with an entrance from Wielopole Street 2 (formerly Westerplatte Street 20).

The facility is accessible to disabled people with a ramp and a lowered service desk. It features a modern and user-friendly design, which is being gradually implemented at Poczta Polska (Polish Post) branches across the country and is highly appreciated by postal users. Customers will have access to six universal counters, a dedicated counter for contractual customers, and a Post Office Financial Desk. The facility also houses a philatelic shop.

Customer service will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

At the branch, customers will be able to take advantage of services from the entire Poczta Polska Group, including sending cards, letters, and parcels, using financial services such as deposits and withdrawals, and purchasing stamps. They can also open a free account with Bank Pocztowy, take out a loan, or purchase insurance. The Self-Service Shopping Zone offers a wide selection of products: cards, vouchers, envelopes, packaging, newspapers, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's items, and sweets.
