A well-known and popular athlete, volleyball player, and member of the Polish national team, has become a Pocztex brand ambassador. Mateusz Bieniek will appear in Pocztex's latest advertising spot and billboard campaign. This is another element of marketing and advertising activities promoting Pocztex's courier service. The campaign will run from November 14th until the end of December.

The "Pocztex Will Work for Everyone" commercial complements the broad-reaching, nationwide advertising campaign launched in October, utilizing digital internet, DOOH, social media, and radio campaigns. The 30- and 15-second commercials will air on the main and thematic nationwide channels of TVP and Polsat.

Changes to the Pocztex service, new quality, and a new image – these are necessary steps in the dynamic fight for market share in the Pocztex market. The idea for the spot's script is based on the message that Pocztex is a brand that has been tested by everyone, everywhere, and in every respect. The commercial tells a pleasant, optimistic story about what Pocztex is really like – trustworthy, stable, modern, and responsive to customer needs. In the spot, we meet many characters – people just like us, of different ages and with different needs. They have one thing in common – they've all tested Pocztex, and the conclusion is obvious – Pocztex will work for everyone! Try it out for yourself!

Last year, Poczta Polska introduced changes to its parcel service portfolio. The entire offering was simplified and consists of only two products: general parcels and Pocztex courier deliveries. The company also refreshed the service's logo to strengthen its brand positioning in modern communication channels. Poczta Polska has introduced solutions that meet customer expectations. These include multi-channel delivery – customers can choose the most convenient method of collecting their purchases from three available options: Pocztex AUTOMAT – delivery to parcel machines nationwide; Pocztex PUNKT – delivery to a network of collection points, which includes nearly 17,000 locations across Poland and is constantly growing; and Pocztex KURIER – delivery by courier to a specified address.
