Matura 2025: Poczta Polska delivered exam papers to over 5,000 secondary schools
Our couriers have delivered packages containing exam papers to over 5,000 secondary schools across the country using the Pocztex service. Poczta Polska, as part of its "Special Actions," is the only postal operator cooperating with customers sending confidential packages containing exam papers.
This year, the Company delivered nearly 40,000 packages containing exam papers for all Matura subjects – for students taking the Matura exam across the country – as well as papers to District Examination Boards.
The process of delivering Pocztex parcels containing examination papers is carried out according to an individual procedure ensuring receipt of the material from the printing house, preparation and sealing of containers, and their detailed monitoring at every stage of service provision.
Deliveries took place on exam days, at non-standard hours between 5:30 and 8 a.m. simultaneously across the country, by selected and trained couriers and postmen.
The entire volume of deliveries involved confidential shipments, which required special coordination and oversight across all Company units directly involved in the process. Security and timeliness are also crucial when delivering such sensitive shipments.
Polish Post, in conjunction with the Ministry of National Education, has developed procedures governing all security measures used in the administration of exam tests. These regulations detail the security measures for cargo shipped by the printing house, the vehicles and containers in which the material is transported, procedures for monitoring shipments in warehouses, as well as guidelines governing their issuance and delivery.
In addition to the packages containing the Matura exam tests, Poczta Polska also delivered packages containing the eighth-grade exam tests to District Examination Boards, Central Examination Boards, and primary schools. Dedicated couriers and postmen delivered nearly 39,000 Pocztex packages to nearly 13,000 primary schools.
