Possible return of MINI Parcel packaging

We would like to inform you that the deadline for returning packaging dedicated to the MINI Parcel service purchased at post offices has been extended to January 15, 2020.

Packages can only be returned to the post office where they were purchased. Refunds are available upon presentation of proof of purchase or payment confirmation.

Customers who purchased dedicated company packaging for the MINI Parcel service at the online store http://www.filatelistyka.poczta-polska.pl can also return it. Please contact us for detailed information regarding returning packaging.

The above returns do not apply to packages purchased under the eCommerce Recommended Package promotional offer.
