Pocztex shipments without printing labels, now also at post offices
Since April of this year, Poczta Polska customers using courier services have been able to send Pocztex parcels at partner locations: Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Groszek, Arhelan, and Delikatesy Centrum stores, without the need to print shipping labels. Now, they can also send parcels this way at post offices and their branches. This saves customers both convenience and time, and Poczta Polska offers them another attractive solution.
Poczta Polska is focused on ensuring maximum convenience for its customers. By using label-free shipping, now even more widely than a few months ago, they gain even greater flexibility in choosing where to send their parcels. They are no longer limited by the lack of a printer or the need to search for a location where they can send a parcel without a printed label. Now they can do so anywhere that accepts Poczta Polska shipments.
Thanks to the extensive Pocztex PUNKT network, parcels can be sent near work, home, or along daily commutes, at a time and place convenient for you. Now, thanks to an additional functionality, Pocztex offers label-free shipping. Simply write the unique Pocztex parcel number, previously generated in the "Nadaj Przesyłki" (Send Parcel) application, on the parcel using a marker or felt-tip pen. The prepared parcel can then be taken to one of 17,000 locations – post offices or stores – within the Pocztex PUNKT network and conveniently sent to the recipient, a selected collection point, or a parcel machine. Label-free shipping offers speed and convenience for the customer, eliminating the need to purchase a printer, ink, or paper.
Poczta Polska is focusing on developing multi-channel services. Customers can choose the most convenient method for both shipping and pickup from three available options: Pocztex PUNKT – delivery to a network of points encompassing 17,000 locations across Poland; Pocztex AUTOMAT – delivery to parcel vending machines; and Pocztex KURIER – courier delivery to a specified address. Furthermore, Poczta Polska, in collaboration with its partners, is also expanding its collaboration with new functionalities. This applies to both business and retail courier shipments.
In the Pocztex PUNKT , which consists of post offices and partner points - stores: Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, Arhelan, for the comfort and convenience of customers, the parcel will wait 7 days from the date of receipt of the notification.
Customers can send their parcels at post offices and partner locations using the "Nadaj działkę" (Send a Parcel) application on the website https://www.pocztex.pl/ , now also without printing a label. It's worth noting that the option of picking up and sending a parcel at a location also contributes to environmental protection by reducing the number of kilometers traveled by couriers and, consequently, CO2 emissions .
