We've launched new features on the www.pocztex.pl to make shopping easier for customers not only during the hectic pre-holiday period, but also to be more user-friendly in everyday life. This is another iteration of Pocztex's flagship courier service, launched a week ago, which the company plans to rapidly expand.
Following market trends and focusing on consumer convenience, Poczta Polska has introduced fast, cashless payment options for shipping. Customers visiting Pocztex's new website, available at www.pocztex.pl , can now not only quickly estimate but also pay for their shipment. Additionally, they've gained the ability to generate and print a label themselves, significantly reducing the time required for processing at a post office. As part of the new convenience, customers can also generate a label with the option to pay later, for example, at the courier or at the post office.
The new website www.pocztex.pl offers services for two customer groups: retail (for you) and business (for your company). To quickly and conveniently send a parcel, on the home page, select the parcel format and one of three possible delivery locations (to an address, to a post office, or to a vending machine). After entering your details, a quote for the selected service appears. Click "Send Parcel," then enter more detailed shipping parameters, use additional services, and select a shipping option. Finally, you'll be able to pay for the parcel you intend to send at the post office. Once the process is complete, an address label is sent to the email address you provided.
The goal of the rebranding is not only to strengthen the brand's positioning in modern communication channels, but also to highlight the positive changes experienced by customers using the service. First, Poczta Polska unveiled a modernized logo for its courier brand. The white and red wing featured in the new Pocztex logo symbolizes dynamism and speed on the one hand, and clearly highlights the brand's 100% Polish capital on the other.
We're planning to introduce further improvements to our flagship courier service soon. Customers will soon have access to a mobile app that will provide features such as the ability to send Pocztex parcels, track them, and collect them from parcel machines.
