17 thousand collection pointsThe largest "Collection at a Point" network in Poland, Poczta Polska, has grown by a staggering 30 percent compared to last year and now includes over 17,000 points, with more and more still being added.

The increase in Poczta Polska's share in the CEP market (courier, express, parcel) is one of the key strategic assumptions for 2021–2023, and the development of the network of collection points is one of the components of a broad project of changes concerning courier services provided by Poczta Polska.

By acquiring new business partners and expanding cooperation with existing ones, the parcel collection network has now exceeded 17,000 points nationwide – in large cities, small towns, and rural areas. Poczta Polska's goal is to evenly distribute its network of collection points, ensuring maximum convenience and flexibility for customers when choosing where to collect goods purchased online.

"We have the largest click & collect network in the country, which we are expanding to reach our goal of 20,000 collection points by 2022. This goal is close, as we currently, together with our partners, provide our customers with over 17,000 such points. At the same time, we are intensively working on logistics solutions, including the Pocztex service, which will enable us to deliver parcels even more efficiently to both partner points and our own automated collection points," says Andrzej Bodziony, Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska.

It's worth noting that, in addition to expanding its network of collection points, the company is working on launching its own outdoor parcel machines for collecting and sending parcels. The company plans to have 2,000 such machines available by the end of 2022.
