Unwanted gifts from Santa can be returned for free
Gifts under the Christmas tree are a key element of a successful holiday season. During this special time, we await not only the first stars and delicious dishes, but also the unknown hidden within the packaging beneath the tree. However, Santa Claus doesn't always bring what we hoped for. If we received a gift that wasn't quite right, we can take advantage of our e-return service.
Poles are increasingly shopping online and increasingly taking advantage of the option to return purchases to online stores. The ability to easily return goods to an online store is becoming a standard shopping experience.
The Allegro SMART! program allows for free returns of purchased items within 14 days of receiving the package. Before returning an item, always check whether the seller on Allegro.pl allows for this and within what timeframe. The returns form can be found in the "purchased" tab of your customer account. Simply complete it, select your return method, and take the printed label and package to one of over 4,700 post offices (excluding postal agencies).
When returning goods purchased outside the Allegro.pl , Poczta Polska offers three solutions that e-shops can propose to their customers:
- Always free returns – after completing the form, the buyer receives a ready-made shipping note via email.
- Free returns – based on the buyer’s request, the store each time decides whether to grant consent to a free return.
- Returns are at the buyer's expense.
