mSpeed – the new Polish Post application for carriers

mSpeedIn June, Poczta Polska implemented a new mobile application, mSpeed, enabling the recording and tracking of pallet shipments in real time. The application is dedicated to carriers collecting and delivering pallet shipments. This is another step towards the technological development of Poczta Polska, aimed at improving service levels and increasing customer satisfaction.

mSpeed – this is the name of the new application that Poczta Polska has specifically designed to handle the growing volume of pallet shipments, ensuring its customers can more efficiently coordinate their logistics operations. This mobile phone or tablet app is dedicated to drivers collecting and delivering pallet shipments. The program allows for the recording and tracking of information about cargo transport in real time. It supports contextual communication between the forwarder and the driver regarding ongoing tasks.

The mobile device running the mSpeed is assigned to the driver, not a specific vehicle, allowing for the inclusion of both regular carriers and one-time subcontractors in the logistics process. With the mSpeed , the driver accepts tasks in real time, recording and updating individual stages of their execution, including: loading and unloading pallets, pickup and delivery statuses, including anomalies, scans and photos of documents confirming delivery, and pre-defined mandatory reporting of activities performed.

The dispatcher can locate the driver while serving the area, staying in constant contact with him via the messenger built into the application.

Poczta Polska is the largest infrastructure and logistics company in the country, with enormous development potential. It is consistently progressing in its TSL (transport, forwarding, and logistics) services for customers using domestic and international pallet shipments.

In the latest Rzeczpospolita TSL 2021 ranking, Poczta took 1st place, while in the Rzeczpospolita Ranking of the Most Valuable Polish Brands, it was classified in 22nd position – the highest among Polish logistics companies.
