New location of the post office in Łużna (Lesser Poland Voivodeship)
The post office provides broad access to a variety of services, which is especially important for residents of smaller towns and villages, improving service comfort and working conditions. We invite our customers to the new post office location in Łużna.
For several years, Poczta Polska has been transforming its network of branches, recognizing the needs of residents not only of large cities but also of small towns and villages. Post offices in such locations are of great importance to society, as they often lack other institutions.
Residents of Łużna can now use our services at the new post office located in the Municipal Social Welfare Center. Customers will be able to handle all services offered by the entire Poczta Polska Group. At the post office, they will be able to send cards, letters, and parcels, deposit and withdraw money, pay bills, order newspaper subscriptions, purchase books, newspapers, and merchandise, among other things.
" We want to be close to our customers, and we are modernizing and expanding our postal network. We are present not only in the centers of large cities; we are also committed to developing branches in smaller towns. A post office is an important point of postal and financial services, where you can use a wide variety of modern products and purchase commercial goods, " emphasizes Andrzej Bodziony, Vice President of Poczta Polska.
The new facility has been designed with a new layout that is appreciated by postal users. It is also accessible to people with disabilities and has parking available for customers. The facility is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and on Fridays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
"We are opening a new post office location to the residents of Łużna. I am confident that the new location will meet the demand for the wide range of services we offer. We are constantly improving both the comfort of customer service and the working conditions of our employees," says Mirosław Mętel, Director of the Kraków Network Region.
The company has the largest sales network in rural areas and small towns, currently with over 5,200 branches in towns with populations under 50,000. Through Poland's largest network of branches, customers gain easy and convenient access to a variety of services: postal, digital, financial, logistics, and commercial. There are over 500 post offices in the Małopolska Voivodeship.
