New location of the post office in Włocławek
Residents of Włocławek can now use Poczta Polska services at the new post office location at 87A Kaliska Street. This means a new, higher standard of service for customers.
One of the points of Poczta Polska's strategy is to provide all customers with access to a network of branches in attractive locations with a wide range of services, as well as banking, insurance and sales.
The decision to change the location of UP Włocławek 12 from ul. Izabeli Zbiegniewska 13A was based on both business considerations and the improvement of customer service and working conditions for Poczta Polska employees.
The facility was designed with a modern visualization and features solutions that ensure high quality and increased service comfort, thanks to a spacious customer lounge. The post office has also been adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and those using strollers.
" Poczta Polska constantly monitors and analyzes market trends to maximize the profitability of its services. The new facility is characterized by its attractive location in a shopping and service area, modernity, and spaciousness. I am convinced that customers will appreciate these advantages, and the facility will meet the needs of residents of the Południe district of Włocławek for a variety of services, not only postal, but also banking and insurance, which we offer, " says Andrzej Bodziony, Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska.
Customers at the post office have three windows at their disposal where they can handle all the services offered by the entire Poczta Polska Group, including: sending cards, letters, and parcels, depositing or withdrawing cash, paying bills, ordering newspaper subscriptions, purchasing books, and other merchandise. Furthermore, online shoppers can collect or return courier shipments.
" We are offering our customers a modern facility in a new location. Thanks to this change, we have introduced additional amenities for those who use our services. Our customers will benefit from a comfortable service area with a new, user-friendly layout, as well as facilities for people with disabilities ," emphasizes Karol Górski, Regional Director of the Polish Post Network in Bydgoszcz.
Customers can visit the new location from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
There are 20 post offices in Włocławek, and the entire Bydgoszcz Network Region has 377 post offices.
