New service from Poczta Polska: self-service printing available in 100 post offices

Poczta Polska is partnering with Zeccer, a leader in the self-service printer market in Poland. Customers will now be able to use self-service printers at 100 post offices nationwide.

Fast, convenient and secure document printing

Zeccer printers are an innovative solution that allows you to quickly print documents without the need for your own printer. You can print from your phone, tablet, or laptop, from anywhere and at any time – without the need to register or install an app. Documents can be printed immediately after payment, or at a later date. Importantly, all files are encrypted and deleted from the servers after printing, ensuring complete data security.

How does it work?

Using Zeccer printers is intuitive:

Scan the QR code on the printer or select the location on the map available at zeccer.pl .

2.

Create an order and send documents for printing.

3.

Pay for the order – available options include BLIK, quick transfer or payment card .

Print types and prices

Zeccer printers allow you to print A4 documents (black and white, single- or double-sided) in popular formats such as PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, and PNG . The cost per A4 page is just 0.69 cents. You can print documents immediately or at a later date.

Where can you use the service?

Self-service printing is available at post offices in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, Warsaw, and Kraków. Many are open late into the evening and are located in popular residential areas. At locations offering the service, you'll find a prominent sticker announcing printer availability, as well as a poster with instructions on how to use it.
