Modern design and convenient location of the post office in Wojciechów
The Wojciechów Post Office (Lublin Voivodeship) has moved to a new location. This change will not only provide customers with improved service but also allow them to take advantage of a wide range of services during extended opening hours.
The new Polish Post office in Wojciechów is located on the main road and is adjacent to the municipal office, a pharmacy, and other retail and service outlets. The location of the post office responds to the local community's needs for larger premises and proximity to public parking. The opening of the new Polish Post office in Wojciechów was attended by Secretary of State in the Ministry of State Assets Jan Kanthak, local government officials from the Lublin region, and members of the Polish Post Management Board – President Krzysztof Falkowski and Vice President Andrzej Bodziony.
" Poczta Polska is a company of exceptional importance to the proper functioning of the state. It is a vital element of the country's communication system, thanks to its extensive network of branches in every corner of our country. The post office also provides broad access to a variety of services, which is particularly important for residents of smaller towns and villages. Investments in the development of the post office network demonstrate that the company is consistently implementing the development strategy adopted and announced last year. This is a significant advantage for our national operator over the competition ," emphasizes Jan Kanthak, Secretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets.
" This is another example of the value of investing in infrastructure. This new, friendly environment not only encourages but also helps attract new customers for Poczta Polska. It's an example of our country's continued development. I'm pleased that this development extends not only to urban areas but also to places like Wojciechów," says Artur Soboń, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Finance.
The Wojciechów branch has been designed with a new visual identity, which is being gradually rolled out at Poczta Polska branches across the country and is highly appreciated by postal users. Customers have access to two counters where they can handle all their needs from the entire Poczta Polska Group, as well as a shopping area. The proximity of free parking spaces will certainly appeal to drivers. The branch is accessible to people with disabilities, with a ramp and a lowered service desk.
"Customer convenience and full utilization of sales potential are the priorities that guide changes in the Poczta Polska network. We are constantly improving both the comfort of customer service and the working conditions of our employees. Thanks to the change in the location of the Post Office, we have been able to introduce additional conveniences for people who use the postal service every day," emphasizes Krzysztof Falkowski, CEO of Poczta Polska.
Customer service will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Fridays. At the post office, you can send cards, letters, and parcels, purchase stamps, and use financial services, among other things. You can also open a free account at the office and obtain information about credit and insurance. Additionally, the self-service Shopping Zone offers a wide selection of items: cards, vouchers, envelopes, packaging, newspapers, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's items, and sweets.
" We are opening a new post office in the town's main location. I am pleased that our customers will benefit from a functional and comfortable service area with a new, friendly layout, as well as a retail area. This modern post office will certainly meet the demand for postal services and will be an important service point for the residents of Wojciechów, " emphasizes Andrzej Bodziony, Vice President of Poczta Polska.
Currently, in the Lublin Network Region, customers have over 400 post offices at their disposal.
