Modern arrangement and new location of the post office in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski
The Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Post Office branch, previously located at 11 Listopada Street 20, has been relocated to a new location at 11 Listopada Street 3G. This means a new, higher standard of service for customers.
The decision to relocate stemmed from both business considerations and the need to improve customer service and working conditions for Poczta Polska employees. The existing facility was not adapted to serve people with disabilities or to efficiently implement operational and logistical processes.
The new facility features a modern visualization and incorporates solutions that ensure high quality and enhanced service comfort, thanks to a spacious customer lounge. The post office has also been adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and those with strollers. For customer convenience, there is also public parking nearby.
Thanks to the new location in the center of the Stawki estate, close to other service and commercial outlets, customers can quickly and easily access a wide range of postal services.
Customers will have two counters where they can handle all their needs from the entire Poczta Polska Group, as well as a shopping zone. Customer service will be available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. At the post office, you'll be able to send cards, letters, and parcels, use financial services like deposits and withdrawals, and purchase stamps. You can also open a free account with Bank Pocztowy, take out a loan, or purchase insurance. The Self-Service Shopping Zone offers a wide selection of items: cards, vouchers, envelopes, packaging, newspapers, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's items, and sweets.
Currently, there are 14 post offices in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, and in the entire Kielce Network Region, customers have over 250 post offices at their disposal.
