Customer service during the Christmas and New Year period
Post offices will be open to customers on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, with only their opening hours changing. Post offices will be closed on December 25 and 26, and on New Year's Day, but starting December 27, they will serve customers during standard opening hours.
Post offices that are permanently open on Saturdays on December 24, 2022, will serve customers until 12:00 noon at the latest. Post offices that are usually open 24 hours a day and open the longest in a given voivodeship will be available until 14:00 at the latest.
On December 31, 2022, the branches will be open until 1:00 p.m. at the latest, and 24/7 until 4:00 p.m.
Branches located in facilities on which they are dependent (e.g. ministries, courts, tax offices, municipal offices, shopping centers or malls) may operate at hours other than those specified above.
