Customer service during the Easter period. Pensions will be delivered before the Easter break, starting April 1st.
Post office operations will change during the Easter period (detailed information is provided later in this announcement). Post offices will resume operations on April 6th, remaining available to customers for the services they offer. Pension benefit transfers, due by the 5th of each month, will be distributed before the holidays, starting April 1st.
During the Easter period, post offices will be open to customers according to the following schedule:
Holy Saturday, April 3, 2021:
PP branches (open on Saturdays) will serve customers until 1:00 p.m.;
PP branches (open 24 hours a day) will be open until 3:00 p.m.
Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021:
PP branches will be closed (this information also applies to 24-hour branches).
Easter Monday, April 5, 2021:
PP branches will be closed (this information also applies to 24-hour branches).
Post offices located in facilities operating at different opening hours (e.g. ministries, courts, tax offices, municipal offices, shopping centers/malls) will adapt their opening hours to the opening hours of the entities in which they are located.

Pension benefit transfers, with payment due by the 5th of each month, will begin on April 1, 2021. In order to ensure an optimal level of service during the difficult time of the pandemic and at the same time ensure the comfort of those receiving benefits, Poczta Polska will make every effort to process payments before the holiday break.
Poczta Polska branches will resume operations on April 6, 2021 – in accordance with standard opening hours for a business day.
The company, serving as the national postal operator, has been providing services continuously for 463 years. Currently, during the difficult times of the pandemic, this situation remains unchanged. Poczta Polska (Polish Post) offices will remain available to customers in full (postal, insurance, and banking services) and during standard business hours. Changes to the operation of the Polish Post Office (UP) may only occur in exceptional circumstances, such as the need to disinfect a specific office. The Polish Post Office is complying with epidemic restrictions by posting information on office websites regarding the maximum number of customers allowed inside a given office.
Poczta Polska has over 7,600 branches nationwide. It is the largest network providing services in the country, even during the pandemic.
