Press subscription offer for individual customers, companies and institutions

According to the "Printed and Digital Press" report published by the Polish Readership Research, press readership in Poland is not declining. However, the number of readers who are migrating to the digital sphere is growing. Several dozen percent of readers still reach for printed dailies, weeklies, biweeklies, monthlies, and quarterlies. Subscriptions to many titles can be ordered through Poczta Polska (Polish Post). These services are available to individual customers, as well as businesses and institutions.

Poczta Polska offers subscriptions to Polish-language press, including specialist, popular science, entertainment, and hobby publications. Most are available nationwide. Regional publications (local press) are an exception.

Subscription orders can be placed via the Poczta Polska website, directly from postmen and at post offices throughout the country. Subscriptions can be paid in cash (post office, postman) or cashless (post office, website). In the latter case, subscriptions can also be paid by bank transfer to a designated bank account. The subscription fee covers only the purchase price of the magazine, as determined by the publisher. The customer does not incur any additional costs related to delivery or subscription processing.

The subscription is delivered to the address indicated by the subscriber, including the place of residence, company headquarters, and postal boxes and compartments.

Orders and prepayments cover full calendar periods: quarterly, half-yearly, three-quarterly, and annual. For local newspapers, monthly subscriptions are available. Prepayments for magazines delivered by Poczta Polska from the second quarter, i.e., April 1st, are accepted until February 25th of this year via the website and until the end of February via postal carriers and at post offices.

In the case of local subscriptions, orders can be placed by the 15th (website and post office other than the office responsible for the place of subscription delivery) or the 20th (postman, office responsible for the place of subscription delivery) day of the month preceding the subscription.

The press subscription service is available to individuals, legal entities, and organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity (e.g. partnerships – general partnership, professional partnership, limited partnership, limited joint-stock partnership, housing communities, budgetary units, and capital companies in the process of organization).

Using a subscription service offers a number of benefits for readers. Saving time and money is one of them. The magazines are delivered to the customer's desired location (the location specified in the order) at no additional cost, usually at a lower cost per copy than retail, and at unchanged prices throughout the subscription period.
