Announcement of the results of the qualification procedure for the positions of the President and three Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 5th joint term of office
On September 1 this year, as part of the qualification procedure for the positions of the President and three Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 5th joint term of office, the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA decided to:
- appointment of Mr. Krzysztof Falkowski to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office for infrastructure;
- appointment of Mr. Wiesław Włodek to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office for licensed services and philately;
- appointment of Mr. Mateusz Wodejka to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office for finance;
- appointment of Mr. Andrzej Bodziony to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office – employee representative;
- completion of the qualification procedure for the position of President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term without selecting a candidate.
At the same time, due to the resignation submitted by Mr. Tomasz Zdzikot, the Supervisory Board decided to entrust Mr. Krzysztof Falkowski with the duties of the President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 5th joint term of office.
