Packeta expands cooperation with Poczta Polska

Packeta, a global e-commerce logistics platform operating in Poland, is expanding its partnership with Poczta Polska. Customers will now be able to collect parcels from foreign online stores at Poczta Polska's network of collection points – Pocztex PUNKT (over 17,000 locations).

Since its inception in Poland, Packeta has offered Polish e-commerce stores the ability to send parcels to foreign recipients at competitive prices, facilitating the expansion of Polish online stores abroad. Our partnership with Poczta Polska (Polish Post) also addresses the needs of Polish customers who wish to shop at online stores operating in other countries. They can choose the Pocztex PUNKT service and conveniently pick up their parcels at over 17,000 locations nationwide.

Packeta delivers in 34 countries – with a presence in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates. This means that if an online store is located in, for example, the Czech Republic or Hungary and has a signed agreement with Packeta, consumers can place an order and conveniently pick up their purchases directly from a post office or dedicated Poczta Polska collection points, at no additional charge.

Poczta Polska has a network of over 17,000 collection points – in addition to its own branches located at Orlen gas stations, Ruch kiosks and kiosks, and the most popular retail stores such as Żabka, Lewiatan, ABC, and Delikatesy Centrum, it also has parcel machines located in selected post offices and Biedronka chain stores, among others.

Packeta's partnership with Poczta Polska is another step in the company's development in the Polish market. In 2021, Packeta delivered over 73 million parcels and achieved a turnover of over €200 million. The company also provides a wide range of consulting services for online stores looking to expand into new markets. Packeta has two warehouses in Poland – in Warsaw and Cieszyn – and plans to open additional facilities.
