Parcel@ on point – priority fast track service for eCommerce
Paczka@w punkt (Package@w punkt) is the new name for fast-track parcel service counters. The new signage has been introduced in over 700 post offices. Poczta Polska, in line with its development strategy, aims to double its revenue from the CEP market (courier, express, and parcel services). Over the next four years, further solutions will be introduced to facilitate the handling of this group of shipments.
Developing CEP (courier, express, and parcel services) for the dynamic e-commerce sector is one of Poczta Polska's key objectives, outlined in its 2021-2023 Strategy. With a view to improving the quality of services for e-commerce customers, the company is developing user-friendly and convenient solutions.
Paczk@ w punkt – this is the name given to postal windows where customers can efficiently pick up a parcel using the Pick-Up at Point option and send it (thanks to the Envelo digital platform, the "Electronic Sender" system, or the "Nadaj działkę" (Send a Parcel) app). At the Paczk@ w punkt window, you can also conveniently send parcels without having to print your own address label or return a purchase that wasn't a good choice.
The existing parcel service windows are now rebranded and renamed. All Paczk@ w punkt windows operating within Poczta Polska branches have been marked with special logo stickers, making it easy to identify where senders interested in parcel services and those ordering the service electronically will receive priority service. Previously, customers most often used the dedicated window to collect parcels ordered at the post office as a collection point and to send parcels to other collection points.
Post offices offering Paczk@ w Punkt services can be found in all voivodeships across the country, with more than 700 locations currently in operation. More information, including a list of dedicated and marked post office windows, can be found here .
