Our customers are increasingly using cashless payment methods to pay for postal, financial, and insurance services, but above all, for purchases made at post offices, " says Krzysztof Falkowski, vice president of Poczta Polska.

All our post offices are equipped with payment terminals. Customers can make cashless payments for our services. The Post Office also offers a range of solutions to facilitate transactions, including: payments in the card's currency – DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion), cash withdrawals from bank payment cards using a POS payment terminal, cash-back – a banking service that enables cash withdrawals, and Paysafecard codes – the sale of so-called electronic codes. Paysafecard codes are unique combinations of electronic symbols that customers receive as a printout from a POS terminal. They enable online payments, including for services or deliveries.

The above services are provided at no additional charge by Poczta Polska. They apply to VISA and MasterCard payment card holders if the service requires the use of a card. They are available at all post offices, excluding postal agencies.
