We have received the "Highest Quality HR" certificate for the 10th time
Poczta Polska has once again been recognized with a certificate awarded to companies demonstrating the highest standards in human capital and implementing engaging and original HR projects. This year, the company was recognized, among other things, for a project implemented as part of its anti-mobbing and discrimination efforts – the "Mówię Otwarcie" (I Speak Openly) tool for reporting abuse and irregularities.
This year, Poczta Polska received the "Highest Quality HR" distinction for its original project, "Mówię Otwarcie" (I Speak Openly), implemented as part of its efforts to foster a friendly work environment. The platform, accessible via the intranet, allows HR to inform the company's department about undesirable actions and behaviors in the workplace. Employees can report them simply and discreetly, without unnecessary formalities. Irregularities can directly affect the person feeling mistreated or other employees. Each report is analyzed and verified by a team specializing in resolving conflicts and difficult employee matters. The rules for handling reports are outlined in the regulations.
"This award, which we have received for the tenth time, is a significant distinction for Poczta Polska and confirmation that our HR activities deserve recognition. This year, we were recognized for a project that facilitates a positive workplace atmosphere, and in previous years for recruitment, development, adaptation, and training projects. Each of these was our own solution, addressed to all employees or specific professional groups. The goal of each project was to increase employee satisfaction and build Poczta Polska's image as a good employer. We want both current and potential employees to perceive us this way," says Grażyna Dratkiewicz, HR Director at Poczta Polska.
As part of building a good working atmosphere, the employer has also introduced a "Policy against mobbing and discrimination", prepared information materials and systematically conducts extensive and diversified communication activities.
Year after year, Poczta Polska sees fewer and fewer anonymously reported irregularities. This significantly shortens the time needed to identify the sources and causes of undesirable behavior and allows for quick and effective intervention.
The "Highest Quality HR" certificate recognizes companies' HR activities in various areas: employee development, recruitment, motivational and remuneration systems, internal communications, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employer branding. The award is preceded by a survey covering all HR processes and an analysis of a selected HR project, conducted by the Polish Human Resources Management Association.
The certificate confirms that the company is a good, credible, and reliable employer that implements market-recognized solutions in the area of human capital management. The award also strengthens the company's image as a good employer.
The "Top Quality HR" title is another award in the area of human resources management that Poczta Polska has recently received. In 2022, the company also received the Social Responsibility Leaders Program award in the "Good Employer 2022" category and the distinction for "Most Active Company of Entrepreneurship Day 2022." In 2021, it received the title and statuette of the "WOT-Friendly Employer" laureate, and the title of laureate of the PFR "Responsible and Friendly Employer" program.
