About the system
The e-mail system enables electronic replacement of documents with confirmation of receipt. Its operation is based on the Act of 18 November 2020 on electronic delivery (Journal of Laws 2020 item 2320), which regulates the functioning of the public electronic service system. This system is part of the process of digitization and modernization of communication between public administration, enterprises and citizens, ensuring legal equivalence of electronic and traditional delivery.
