The Polish Post Office wants to renovate over 60 historic properties this year.

image002Poczta Polska plans to allocate over 40% of its renovation budget this year to modernizing historic post offices. The company owns 867 historic properties across the country.

Renovating historic buildings is not only expensive but also requires more labor than renovating ordinary buildings. In the case of historic properties, the facade is restored, restoring original features and architectural details.

Poczta Polska will allocate over 40% of this year's budget for all modernization projects to the renovation of historic lenses. The work will involve the renovation of over 60 post offices, including those in Elbląg (Plac Słowiański 1/3), Olsztyn (ul. Pieniężnego 21), Bydgoszcz (ul. Jagiellońska 6), and Toruń (Rynek Staromiejski 15).

Poczta Polska, as the designated operator, is obligated to maintain a sufficiently dense network of branches and provide universal services at least five days a week. The entire network of Poczta Polska branches includes over 7,500 offices, branches, and postal agencies.
