Polish Post – additional service points in the Opole Voivodeship
Due to the difficult flood situation in the area served by the Lewin Brzeski Post Office and the difficult access to the flooded towns, Poczta Polska is opening additional service points for residents.
The company is launching two additional stationary customer service points:
Lewin Brzeski Post Office Branch in Olszanka, Olszanka 21 (services for locations: Czeska Wieś, Gierszowice, Jankowice Wielkie, Janów, Jasiona, Krzyżowice, Lewin Brzeski, Lewin Brzeski (Chorzelin), Michałów, Nowa Wieś Mała, Obórki, Olszanka, Pogorzela, Przylesie, Różyna),
Postal Agency in Strzelniki, Strzelniki 19 (services for locations: Borkowice, Borkowice (Błażejowice), Borkowice (Niwy), Buszyce, Golczowice, Leśniczówka, Łosiów, Mikolin, Mikolin (Piaski), Strzelniki, Wronów),
and a mobile point next to the community center in Oldrzyszowice 33 (serving locations: Chróścina, Kantorowice, Oldrzyszowice, Przecza, Przecza (Raski), Ptakowice, Sarny Małe, Skorogoszcz, Stroszowice).
Pension benefits will be paid at the designated locations. Poczta Polska is cooperating with local authorities and the Crisis Management Team to communicate with residents of the Lewin Brzeski and Olszanka municipalities, as well as with the ZUS branch in Opole regarding the implemented solutions.
Post offices are also still open:
- Siechnice ul. Jana Pawła II 20 – parking space in the area excluded from the service of FUP Święta Katarzyna in Siechnice,
- Siedlęcin – parking lot next to the Lewiatan chain store in Siedlęcin, ul. Lwówecka 6,
- Lądek-Zdrój at ul. Śnieżna 45 (Rataja) – next to the Biedronka chain store in Lądek-Zdrój – there is also a Polish Post parcel machine in this parking lot,
- Legnica, ul. Poznańska 50 – point for residents of Złotoryja and Świerzawa.

Due to the crisis situation, as in the case of other natural disasters, pandemics, and emergencies, we are also launching additional measures to support central and local governments, as well as Company employees. In consultation with the Government Security Center, we are responding to the most urgent needs related to the distribution of missing products in flooded areas by providing our logistics and warehousing capabilities.
