Poczta Polska has already delivered 10.5 million copies of the "Safety Guide"
The first stage of the campaign, covering three voivodeships, was completed as planned on January 15. The latest data from Poczta Polska shows that postmen have already delivered over 10.5 million copies of the government's "Safety Guide.".
" Our postmen are carrying out this enormous, responsible task even faster than planned. Thanks to this, according to our data, over 10.5 million copies of the guide have already been delivered to Poles' homes across the country. I would like to thank all the employees involved in this campaign for their persistent work, and I am confident that the remaining volume of printed materials will also reach residents on schedule, especially since the distribution planned for the second round has already been completed by 60 percent," says Piotr Szajczyk, Vice President of Sales at Poczta Polska.
On December 17, 2025, Poczta Polska signed an agreement with the Ministry of Interior and Administration to deliver a safety guide to all residents of the country. The distribution was divided into two phases. The first phase, covering the Lublin, Podlaskie, and Warmian-Masurian Voivodeships, has just been completed.
In the second phase, guides are being distributed to residents of the remaining voivodeships: Lower Silesia, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Lubusz, Łódź, Lesser Poland, Masovian, Opole, Subcarpathian, Pomeranian, Silesian, Świętokrzyskie, Greater Poland, and West Pomeranian. Approximately 60 percent of the guides have already been delivered in this round, and the entire operation is expected to be completed by the end of January. In total, the operation involves 16.8 million copies of the guide.
The role of the guide
Disinformation, cyberattacks, hybrid threats and sabotage are used as tools to destabilize the state, which, in the face of the war beyond our eastern border, takes on particular importance and affects the sense of security.
Furthermore, it's important to be prepared for the effects of extreme weather events and learn how to protect yourself against the threats they pose. This is why the Polish government has developed a "Safety Guide.".
– The decision of the Ministry of Interior and Administration to entrust our company with the task of delivering the guide to Poles confirms that Poczta Polska remains a key partner of public institutions in the field of postal services, having the largest network of branches and logistics facilities in the country and guaranteeing not only efficient deliveries, but also the stability and security of processes that have a direct impact on the functioning of the state – emphasizes Vice President Szajczyk.
