Poczta Polska delivered more than twice as many parcels to PKN Orlen stations

Polish_post_collection_at_point_4_Compared to last year, in 2019, twice as many parcels were delivered to the Pick-Up Point network, which includes post offices, PKN Orlen gas stations, Żabka stores, and RUCH kiosks and newsstands. Thanks to Poczta Polska, parcels can be picked up at one of over 12,000 locations nationwide.

This year, the number of parcels delivered to collection points doubled. The popularity of Orlen gas stations as parcel collection locations is steadily increasing, with a growth rate of nearly 240% compared to the previous year. Poczta Polska began the process of adapting its collection point network to customer expectations in 2015. Orlen gas stations were the first to join, followed by RUCH kiosks/lounges and Żabka stores. This strategy has proven effective, with customers increasingly ordering parcels through Poczta Polska's click&collect network.

On the website obiewpunktcie.poczta-polska.pl, you can view an up-to-date map of all collection points. This option is also available through online stores. This allows customers to specify the location to which their purchases should be delivered. Customers have seven days to collect their parcel, or two days for automated delivery. Once the parcel is delivered to the collection point, Poczta Polska sends the customer a text message and an email.

In July of this year, Poczta Polska launched its first parcel machines, which were installed in post offices and Biedronka stores. Currently, customers can place orders at up to 200 of these machines across Poland.
