Pocztex deliveries of exam papers are handled according to a customized procedure, ensuring receipt of the material from the printing house, processing and sealing of the containers, and detailed monitoring at every stage of the service. Deliveries are made on exam days, during the non-standard hours of 5:00–7:00 AM, by selected and trained couriers and postmen simultaneously across the country.

When delivering such important shipments, security and timeliness are paramount. Poczta Polska and the Ministry of Education have jointly developed procedures regulating all security measures used in the processing of exam tests. These regulations detail the security of both the cargo shipped by the printing house, the vehicles and containers in which the material is transported, as well as procedures for storing shipments in our facilities in monitored storage areas and during their release and delivery. At every stage of their journey, shipments are monitored, secured with special tapes, and have additional procedures in place during delivery, meaning they are only issued to school principals with special authorization to receive them.
