The idea is to recognize companies and institutions that implement innovative and effective employee policy solutions, while also prioritizing employee professional development and protecting their rights.

Poczta Polska, the largest employer in the country, has increased its employment of people with disabilities in recent years. Currently, Poczta Polska employs over 1,750 people with disabilities, representing approximately 2.2% of its total workforce. In early August, the company submitted a request to the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) for further employment growth. Poczta Polska intends to hire new employees in customer service, forwarding and distribution, parcel processing, cargo processing, drivers (vehicles up to 3.5 tons), and postmen.

In an effort to combat social exclusion, Poczta Polska has begun working with the Activation Foundation, a partner selected by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons to implement the "Work – Integration" project. Since the beginning of 2018, over 350 employees have been hired through recruitment efforts conducted by the foundation (including in post offices and sorting offices). By the end of this year, Poczta Polska will employ a total of 400 people with disabilities under this project.

In July 2018, Poczta Polska adopted a "Policy for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities," which is based on several assumptions. Among them, the recruitment process should take into account social and environmental factors in addition to the economic dimension. The company aims to create an integrated workforce by recruiting new and competent employees with disabilities.
