Poczta Polska and its customers donated over PLN 2.2 million worth of gifts to those in need.

From November to the end of December 2022, post offices held collection drives for those in need. These drives were led by the Pocztowy Dar (Postal Gift) foundation of Poczta Polska, in collaboration with other local charitable initiatives. Support worth over PLN 2.2 million was distributed to those in need. This represents PLN 200,000 more than the previous year.

Collection campaigns conducted at post offices have a long tradition. Nearly all post offices and their branches participated in the recent nationwide campaign. Baskets were set up in the offices, into which customers and employees could place previously purchased items: books, games, toys, stationery, haberdashery, and sweets.

The donations went mainly to the residents of care and educational facilities, family orphanages, community centers, hospices, social welfare homes, educational and training centers, as well as to patients in cardiology, cardiac surgery, transplantation wards and families in difficult financial circumstances.

The campaign was coordinated by the Pocztowy Dar Foundation, supported by, among others, the Inicjatywa Foundation, the West Pomeranian Family Aid Foundation "Tęcza Serc", the Happy Kids Foundation, the Serduszko Foundation, the Stacja 6 Foundation, and the Silesian Center for Heart Diseases in Zabrze.

Collections at post offices are not the only aid campaign organized by Poczta Polska during the holiday season. For the fourth time, the company's corporate foundation, together with postal workers, organized the "Postal Christmas" campaign. As part of this initiative, support was provided to postal families facing difficult life circumstances – those unable to work due to poor health, raising sick, often disabled children, or caring for them alone after the tragic death of a spouse or caregiver. Beneficiaries of the campaign are selected by local HR units. This year, donations worth over 150,000 PLN were distributed to numerous families. In previous years, the purchase of the most needed items was financed, among other things, by 1% of tax donations.

According to the campaign's philosophy, every family identified as needing support must receive it. Those requiring more assistance can apply for it through the health programs of the "Pocztowy Dar" Foundation and the Company Social Benefits Fund. At least several times a year, Poczta Polska also conducts employee fundraising drives for surgeries, treatments, and medical equipment for sick postal workers. These drives always generate a great response.

The Polish Post Office and the Postal Foundation also helped the students of the Polish Post Office Special School in Skawina. This year, they provided St. Nicholas Day gifts for all the children and prizes for a Christmas carol singing competition organized for the students.

As part of grassroots initiatives, postal workers also support holiday charity events. Many of the company's employees have been supporting the "Noble Parcel" project for years, including the "Szlachetna Paczka" (Noble Parcel) project. They prepare parcels and volunteer for the initiative. Many postal workers also participate in Caritas Polska's outreach efforts, participating in fairs organized by the institution, among other initiatives.
