Poczta Polska (Polish Post) continues its logistics cooperation with the Temu platform. Poczta Polska is expanding its e-commerce shipment services.
Poczta Polska is strengthening its partnership with Temu, Poland's most popular global direct-from-factory e-commerce platform. Nearly 18 million Poles visited the portal in February.* This closer collaboration will enable seamless logistical integration and, consequently, ensure faster deliveries to customers across Poland via Poczta Polska.
The collaboration aims to improve service quality, increase the reliability of the logistics process, and ensure nationwide delivery coverage, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction with both companies' services. Poczta Polska is distinguished by the highest standards of parcel delivery services, including telephone confirmations before delivery, direct forwarding, and real-time tracking.
Thanks to state-of-the-art logistics hubs in Ciemne near Warsaw, Lisi Ogon, and Wrocław, the national operator guarantees fast and precise sorting, processing, and delivery of parcels to over 22,000 collection points (including the most popular retail chains, such as Żabka, Arhelan, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, ABC, Groszek Euro Sklep, and Duży Ben). Poczta Polska's logistics meet stringent efficiency criteria, including same-day order processing and ensuring full process support during peak seasons. Last winter, Temu launched its Local-to-Local model in Poland to encourage local Polish businesses to sell on the platform. The company aims to source and ship 80% of its European sales from local warehouses.
Since its global launch in September 2022, Temu has expanded to over 90 markets worldwide, offering a wide selection of products at competitive prices. In 2024, Temu was recognized as the best recommended app by Apple and won the Polish Blix award for best promotion.
