Poczta Polska is ready to extend the obligation of e-mails from April 1
On April 1, 2025, an obligation to use the e-mailing system for enterprises registered in the National Court Register before the beginning of this year is introduced. The program of extending the obligation of e-mails, hosted by the Ministry of Digitization with the Ministry of Development and Technology, aims to digitize company correspondence, increase its security and efficiency and reduce costs.
What are e-cumulations?

from April 1, 2025. The obligation to use e-mails will cover companies registered in the National Court Register by the end of last year. This means several hundred thousand new system users.
