Poczta Polska wins the prestigious "Good Employer 2022" award
On November 22, the European Business Forum 2022 was held in Katowice, during which an independent jury recognized Poczta Polska's internal organization and activities related to responsible business conduct. The company received the "Leaders of Social Responsibility" Program award in the "Good Employer" category, awarded for 15 years by the editorial offices of Forum Biznesu and Biznes Trendy.
The "Good Employer" award was presented to Poczta Polska for, among other things, its exceptional commitment to monitoring employee needs through a forum, hotline, employee chat, regular meetings with trade union representatives, and the "Mówię Otwarcie" (I'm Open) communication channel, designed for reporting bullying or anonymously submitting opinions. Klaudiusz Hercig, Director of the Katowice Network Region, accepted the award on behalf of the company at the gala.
" Given the scale of our operations and the multitude of areas in which Poczta Polska operates, implementing and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility solutions is a significant challenge. I am even more proud that our company has been recognized with the prestigious "Good Employer 2022" award for our employee policy and building relationships with our partners. Another equally important aspect, appreciated by the competition committee, is the development of Pocztowcy. The company implements its own training projects, enabling the development of employee competencies through studies, training, and courses at the Heroes of Westerplatte Naval Academy, the University of Justice, and Collegium Humanum – Central Management School. It also provides two recreation and training centers.
This is another valuable distinction of this kind that the national operator has received in recent years. Previously, Poczta Polska has also been recognized with awards related to employers, including second place in the Open Labor Market category in the 2020 Lodołamacze competition at the central level, "Responsible and Friendly Employer" (PFR program for), "WOT-Friendly Employer," and "Highest Quality HR."
