Poczta Polska wins the Top Marka ranking

Poczta Polska has been recognized for the fifth time in the prestigious "Top Brand" competition, organized by Magazyn Press and PSMM Monitoring & More. The annual ranking covers 500 brands from 50 industries and is the largest study of its kind on the Polish market.

During the 15th edition of the "Top Brand" ranking, Poczta Polska received an award in the "Courier Companies" category. This is not the first time the company has been recognized as a leader in this category. Poczta Polska's distinction is a testament to the company's membership in the group of the most media-relevant brands in Poland and highlights its exceptional media image, which is a key element in assessing a company's potential, value, and strength.

This year's anniversary edition of the competition took place during a difficult period for our region – the ongoing war in Ukraine across our eastern border. It's worth noting that Poczta Polska (Polish Post) has been committed to helping war victims, supporting them through numerous initiatives and engaging postal workers in activities such as collecting essential supplies, collaborating with the Ukrainian postal service Ukrposhta, and creating a special edition of the "We Are With You!" postage stamp, an expression of support, respect, and solidarity with Ukraine as it fights for freedom and independence.

Poczta Polska is actively developing its courier parcel collection network. Thanks to its efforts and fruitful collaboration with partners, it can offer customers an increasingly wide selection of convenient locations within the Pocztex PUNKT network. This is evidenced by the company's collaboration with Eurocash and PointPack, which has resulted in providing residents of smaller towns and rural areas with another method of parcel collection. We are not resting on our laurels – the number of collection points will continue to grow.

The national postal operator is gradually modernizing and building new logistics centers, which respond to current trends related to modern services for the growing e-commerce market. The aim of the ASL project is to improve the efficiency (increasing timeliness, network throughput, and optimizing costs related to parcel handling) of the current logistics network. In line with its strategy for 2021–2023, Poczta Polska also plans to increase its market share in the CEP services market. The company consistently focuses on developing the promising e-commerce sector, both in terms of its offerings to customers and infrastructure modernization. Investments in parcel machines, digitization, logistics, and process automation are key elements of this process.

The competition results will be presented in a special supplement to "Press" magazine. Thanks to Top Marka, readers, including opinion leaders and image managers, gain extensive and inspiring knowledge about the market and the effectiveness of public relations activities.
