Poczta Polska is a leader in e-Delivery training

In light of the new deadline for the mandatory implementation of e-Delivery services by public entities and professions, the Polish Post Training Center has launched a dedicated training series, which is already enjoying significant user interest. The training covers knowledge related to handling electronic correspondence, utilizing an environment developed by the Designated Operator via the gov.pl platform.

Poczta Polska is fully prepared to provide a full-scale electronic delivery service. In October 2021, the company launched a production tool and has been continuously providing electronic delivery services to entities using it ever since. The current deadline for implementing e-Delivery for public entities and trust professions is October 1, 2024.

Poczta Polska has introduced a series of training sessions for representatives of state institutions, enabling these entities to gain the knowledge necessary to implement and utilize solutions offered within the e-Delivery service. During the workshops, experts from the company's Training Center discuss and visualize the e-Delivery process – from submitting an e-Delivery address application (ADE), through activating the mailbox and learning its functionalities, to sending and receiving shipments (registered and unregistered) via PUH and PURDE.

This is therefore an opportunity to expand competences in the field of the Electronic Delivery System and sending correspondence under the Public Registered Electronic Delivery Service (PURDE) and the Public Hybrid Service (PUH).

Workshops are available in two forms: in-person or online.

e-Delivery – what are they?

e-Delivery is the digital equivalent of paper registered mail. Thanks to it, citizens and businesses can send and receive electronic documents, confirmed by proof of posting and receipt, from anywhere with internet access. Instead of visiting a post office in person, physically receiving and sending registered mail, and archiving paper correspondence, today this can be conveniently done electronically.
