Poczta Polska is a leader in e-Delivery training

From October 1, 2024, public entities and professions of trust will be required to implement e-Delivery. This is the right time to begin preparations for implementing this new form of communication. Poczta Polska provides comprehensive support in implementing the service and offers a dedicated training series. In June, the company will organize two free webinars for public institutions and businesses.

Poczta Polska is prepared to provide full-scale electronic delivery services. In October 2021, the company launched a production tool and has been continuously providing electronic delivery services to entities using it ever since. The current deadline for implementing e-Delivery for public entities and trust professions is October 1, 2024.

Training for public institutions

The first training session, titled "e-Delivery in Public Institutions," was held in 2023. It was organized and conducted by the Poczta Polska Training Center. The workshops were very popular with the market. In the second half of last year, over 1,000 participants representing 150 different public institutions participated. Poczta Polska plans to organize training sessions for additional groups of e-Delivery recipients, including representatives of public trust professions.

During each training session, Poczta Polska experts discuss the e-Delivery process – from submitting an application for an e-Delivery address (ADE), through activating the mailbox and learning about its functionalities, to sending and receiving shipments (registered and unregistered) sent under PUH and PURDE.

On June 27, Poczta Polska is organizing a free webinar for public institutions. The next meeting, scheduled for June 28, is dedicated to entrepreneurs. Registration forms are available on the public institutions and entrepreneurs .

Workshops are available in-person or online. Learn more about  the training.

e-Delivery – what are they?

e-Delivery is the digital equivalent of paper registered mail. Thanks to this service, citizens and businesses can send and receive electronic documents, confirmed by proof of posting and receipt, from anywhere with internet access. Instead of in-person visits to a post office, physically receiving and sending registered mail, and archiving paper correspondence, today this can be conveniently done electronically.
